Our Sustainability Purpose & Priorities
Our sustainability principles are put in place with the aim of advancing change throughout Olayan to protect our planet, inspire our people, and produce lasting value for all stakeholders. We identify and manage our sustainability priorities by tracking every initiative, program, and KPI across our operating companies and then reporting our progress in our annual sustainability report. This has enabled us to focus our efforts across three main areas: Our Planet, Our People, and Our Community, all of which are supported by robust governance.
